I dealt with this for a while. When I was in the middle of student teaching, I had no time or energy for cooking and dropped to 95ish pounds. My doctor noticed this, and asked me if I meant to lose weight. I said no. I asked what I could do to gain it back. She said to drink a milkshake every day (no, not a protein shake, like literally the ice cream stuff) but even then it might take about a year.
I know fat shaming is a real thing, and being skinny is something like a privilege, but I've often compared myself to a pre-pubescent boy. I've accepted that about myself now, and I kind of like it, because there are days I feel more androgynous, so it fits. Plus, my wardrobe has simplified down to fleece-lined leggings, and some sort of dress, long sweater, or tunic, so I don't care too much anymore. Just want more muscle. country lace wedding dresses
